Monday - Chest & Back Wednesday - Leg & Abs Friday - Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps Saturday - Cardio & Abs I start promptly at 6:15am to 7:15am mountain time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 7:15am-8:15am Saturday. This plan works well if you're already going to the gym, and you want to get results faster, and extra motivation to hit the gym without paying for a personal trainer. Always make sure to drink a protein shake before or after the workout, doesn't matter when just get it in! I personally prefer to drink a protein shake 30 mins to 1 hour before working out. Then eating a nutrient-dense meal after a great workout.
